    Nigerian lawyer and politician

    Muhammad Dele Belgore (born 25 June 1961) is a Nigerian lawyer and politician. He was the 2011 Action Congress of Nigeria's (ACN) Kwara State governorship candidate in the 2011 Kwara State gubernatorial election.

    However he lost out to the PDP's Governorship candidate, Abdulfatah Ahmed who became the Governor of Kwara state.[1] Belgore is a native of Ilorin in Kwara state.

    Early life and education

    Belgore was born to Lt.

    Justice Mahmud Babatunde Belgore, a former Chief Judge of the Federal High Court[2][3][4] and Alhaja Maryam Alarape Belgore, a former British-trained nurse and oil merchant.[5][6] Belgore attended the Nigerian Law School in 1985.[7]
